Christine was our realtor several years ago for the sale and purchase of previous homes. When our family was looking to sell and find our forever home we knew exactly who we wanted to work with. Christine is both a fantastic realtor and excellent in her profession but also an incredible person.

Christine was fantastic. Through many showings she showed tremendous patience and ultimately helped us get the home we wanted at a fair price. Her patience and non aggressive style were just what we needed.

It was a blessing to work with Christine. On a scale of 1 to 10, with,10 being the highest, we give her a 10. She was very attentive and gave us some key insights that sold our home. We highly recommend her!

As soon as the market was to open back up Christine made phone calls and then the next thing House was sold. Cindy was thrilled. We did not have any concerns with Christine having the listing and following everything that Cindy wanted done. I would not hesitate to call her again she took care of everything for Cindy and the family. At a stressful time and the all unknown with the covid19 Christine did an outstanding job.

We were first time home buyers newly married and anxious to get into a new home. My brother and his wife were already working with Christine to sell their house and find their forever home, they recommended her to us and for that we are forever grateful. Being first time homebuyers we had so many questions and honestly didn’t know where to begin, that’s where Christine came in. Our first conversation with her she explain everything from the first steps on how we go about getting preapproved to explaining the steps we take once we find a home of our dreams. In that discussions she also got a feel for what type of home we were interested in, the size, location, style, etc. Once we had that conversation the house hunt began! We began our search with Christine at the end of June 2020. We easily saw dozens of home, Christine began to know our taste and style so well that we would pull up to a property and before we even got out of the car she would already know if we were going to love it or hate it just by her quick walk through. One quality we loved most about Christine is that she never pushed a property on us she would stand there listen to our criticism and then give us her honest input- the good, the bad, and the ugly. In our search we found several homes we loved. We actually put in offers on 3 different properties, the first two we lost out on. Christine helped us build strong offers and even presented the offers to the sellers herself to try and push for us, showing her dedication and persistence. After each house we lost out on she made it her own personal mission to not let us get down on ourselves and that we were going to find a better home in due time. We finally found the perfect home in October 2020. We signed and closed the day before Thanksgiving and ironically my brother and his wife closed on their forever home a week later. This house buying process was long and there were plenty of ups and downs. Christine was there for the whole ride. She was a wealth of knowledge, had patience beyond belief, and was always there to answer any questions we may have had. We recommend Christine to anyone looking to buy or sell their home, we know we couldn’t have purchased our first home of ours without her!

Christine made buying a house so stress free. Everyone says how buying is a headache. I am glad to say that was not true for my fiancé and I. The whole process was exciting and actually relaxing for my fiancé and I. I know we had such a positive experience because of Christine. I am blown away by how easy Christine made my home selling process.She was always supportive and patient with me. She was available whenever I had a question and was completely transparent with me throughout the entire process. I am relocating to another state, so I was unable to be around for some of the various home visits, and she was always present to take notes and protect my interests. I wish that I had used her as my buyer's agent the first time around, and miss her straight-forward approach in my current home buying journey. Her effervescent personality makes every interaction enjoyable. Christine genuinely cares about people, and it shows.

Christine was fantastic she not only took us all over to view properties, but she also took us to re-see properties. Then when I saw a property show up on a Friday and called her Saturday and ask to get us in ASAP cause we thought it was the one.
