Because HOME WORK IS WHAT I DO BEST! I have been in RE for 22 years with Coldwell Banker Town & Country Real Estate. Before my real estate career began, I started working at age 13 as a tour guide at Indian Caverns in Spruce Creek, PA. At age 16, I joined the CO-OP thru my high school and added a job working for an insurance and financial planning company in State College, PA. I was encouraged by a friend to interview with a real estate company to work in their back offices, the decision to do so changed my life's path. I love the challenges of designing a custom market plan for each of my seller's properties. Anyone can put a sign in the yard, but to get a SOLD sign, at top dollar, it takes creativity! I work diligently to get your unique property to stand out from all others! I grew up in a time when professionalism meant customer service. Throughout my formidable years I was surrounded by competent and successful sales people. I learned from them that keys to success include a high level of honest communication with my clients. This makes for a smooth and efficient transaction whether selling or buying. With my network of contractors, mortgage lenders, and handy people that I have built over the years, we can tackle any issues that may arise during your sale or purchase process.
