I’m Christine Bouley, a realtor affiliated with Coldwell Banker Town & Country R.E.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I started working as a tour guide when I was thirteen years old at Indian Caverns in Spruce Creek, PA. I enjoyed the role considerably as it allowed me to gain priceless work experience.

I later went on to join the Co-op through my high school and took up a second job with a financial planning group in an administrative capacity. Consequently, I was surrounded by old-school sales professionals who walked the walk when it came to displaying impeccable customer service.

Consequently, while working as a receptionist, one of my co-workers adored my “bubbly personality” and felt that I would make a perfect realtor. It took some convincing, but I decided to acquire my real estate license in 2001 and have been a full-time realtor ever since.

Over the past decade, I’ve noticed that the general public is much more knowledgeable about the real estate industry due to technology.

Social media has also made customer service the number one priority and, I’ve realized that if you’re not instantly available, then the customer can contact someone else at the click of a button.

Therefore, I pride myself on my communication, and I enjoy holding the hands of first-time homebuyers and navigating them through the mortgage process. Besides, I impress my sellers with out-of-the-box marketing solutions, which leads to great offers.

I also use my vast experience to pass on valuable insights and believe that honesty is the best policy when building trust. My transparent approach has made me successful, and when I witness happy smiles after I hand clients’ the keys to their new homes, it’s rewarding.

My focus on client satisfaction has also led to reward and recognition. As a result, in my first year as an independent realtor, I received three awards at the Coldwell Banker Town & Country’s year-end awards banquet. (Two of the accolades were for service).

Away from the office, when I get some downtime, I love conducting ancestry and genealogy research on my family. I also like traveling and riding my motorcycle.

Besides, I own, breed, train, and ride horses and support equestrians with disabilities (EWD). I volunteered in high school with a Therapeutic Riding Program, where we had a ten-year-old Autistic child that had never been verbal. By the end of the program, he was having conversations with his horse. That summer changed my life and made me passionate about supporting EWD.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.

If you or someone you know could benefit from my expertise as a real estate agent or realtor in Altoona, PA, I invite you to get in touch. Please visit my website at www.christinebouleyrealestate.com.

Sincerely,

Christine
